Youth Enrichment program showcases student talent in musical performance

Students at Edinbrook Elementary School recently captivated an audience of family, friends and school staff with a performance in the school’s gymnasium of Selections from Frozen. The after-school production was made possible in partnership with Osseo Area Schools’ Community Education Youth Enrichment program and The BEAT (Bunce Educational Adventure Theater).

Over the course of three weeks of rehearsals, 28 students honed their acting and singing skills, practicing lines and stage direction in preparation for the show, which featured beloved characters like Elsa, Anna and Olaf.

This fall elementary students can participate in musicals through Osseo Area Schools’ Community Education Youth Enrichment in partnership with The BEAT (Bunce Educational Adventure Theater) and Stages Theater. These enrichment experiences help students to explore interests, build new skills such as leadership, self-confidence and create lasting memories.
